Returns Information

All orders are backed by our 35 day no-quibble money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products. 

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 35 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.  Please Contact Us to arrange this.  Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the original amount paid for the items (excluding any forms of delivery of us sending the goods to you) as soon as possible. However, if you wish to exchange your item/s, we will be delighted to send out any newly exchanged items free of charge.

The products must be returned unused and in their original packaging, suitable for re-sale, in the same condition in which it was received. This means that new items must be returned in the exact condition in which you received it from Craftasmic (including any accessories) . Refunds for returned items that are not received in this condition, may be reduced.  The right to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used.

Should you be unfortunate to receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation & packaging so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers. Then please contact us within 24 hours detailing the damage and we will endeavour to resolve the problem. Please have your order number and details ready, as this will help us track your order more efficiently.  You may be asked to email photos of the damage so that we may look to resolve any damage either by replacement or a full or partial refund depending on the damage and item in question.  Should it be agreed you need to return the item to us you will be issued with a Returns Number and returns postage instructions.  On receipt of the returned items, we will then issue you a refund or exchange. 

On the rare occasion you may be unfortunate to receive an incorrect item in your delivery, please have your order number and details ready on contacting us, as this will help us track your order more efficiently.  Should it be agreed you need to return the incorrect item to us you will be issued with a Returns Number and arange a returns postage label making the return postage very easy and hassel free for you.  

In the meantime we will arrange for your correct item to be expedited to you.

Some times we offer special clearance offers, which maybe called 'Goody Bags', 'Clearance Deals' or similar,  any such items are offered as a mixed bundle 'personalised' to that order, at a very good deal and are as such none refundable.  Such items will clearly be marked if they are not able to be returned or refunded.

Also items such as software, downloads, USB sticks & CR-ROM cannot be returned or refunded in anyway.

On placing an order with us you will be able to view your order details within your accounts page under 'My Orders' and track its progress to dispatch.  Upon dispatch of your order you will then be able to choose 'Return Order' from the 'My Orders' page and choose which item/s you need to return and fill in the reasons why and then submit a digital returns request.  This will notify us of your request and to expect a return from you in the post. We will also send you an email for your records along with details of our address to use for returns.

The products must be returned unused and in their original packaging, suitable for re-sale. Please see our full Terms & Conditions as some items can’t be returned (e.g.magazines, opened CD’s, DVD’s).  Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the items as soon as possible.  If you took advantage of our free delivery, this would be less our original delivery costs should this no longer qualify if the value of the items you are keeping is lower than our current free delivery threshold. However if you wish to exchange your item we will be delighted to send out any newly exchanged items free of charge. The right to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used.  If you are an international customer, you should look to obtain a proof of posting, which can be used to make a claim if the goods are lost or damaged in transit.

We offer the peace of mind that should any product develop a fault within 30 days of delivery you may be entitled to a replacement or a refund should it be found on return to us that the item has developed a fault.

If you believe you have a fault with your item, you should contact us first and we will endeavour to resolve the problem. 

Should it be agreed you need to return the item to us you will be issued with a returns number.  On receipt of the returned item we will inspect the product or pass it on to the manufacturer's technical support team to investigate the fault and notify you of the outcome of our/their fault finding. Should the item be found to be faulty we will replace the item and send the new replacement to you at no additional cost to you. If a replacement item cannot be provided you will be refunded the cost of the item.

We will then direct you to our easy to use Craftasmic Royal Mail Returns Portal which will walk you through generating a free postage label with options to make it convenient for you.  You don't need to have a printer and if you can't get to a parcel postbox or post office nearby you can even arrange for Royal Mail to collect the items from your home! (a small charge maybe applied for a collection service)

Please note that before completing any details on our Royal Mail Returns Portal you will need to have contacted us first to obtain a Returns Number. Returns arriving back to us for any reason without any notification in advance will slow down the returns process for you and also run the risk of going to an incorrect address.

...then we will be happy to offer you our Returns Postage Service at cost to you.  On contacting us you will be issued with a Returns Number and advised of the next steps to arrange a tracked returns postage label, making the return postage very easy and hassle free for you.  All our returns are fully trackable and insured for you by us.

We will then direct you to our easy to use Craftasmic Royal Mail Returns Portal which will walk you through generating a postage label with options to make it convenient for you.  You don't need to have a printer and if you can't get to a parcel postbox or post office nearby you can even arrange for Royal Mail to collect the items from your home at a small additional cost.

The cost of this Returns Service is greatly discounted to what the cost would normally be to you to post back unwanted items, and you have complete peace of mind.  The cost will be indicated when you contact us about your unwanted item/s needing to be returned.

You are also welcome to return items back to us using your own postage method, but please be very aware that you will need to ensure you have complete proof of posting the actual items back to us and we very strongly suggest you both track and insure returns like this.  Again when you contact us about such a return we can provide you with our full returns postage address for sending your items back in this way.

Please note that before completing any details on our Royal Mail Returns Portal or posting anything back to us you will need to have contacted us first to obtain a Returns Number and returns address. Returns arriving back to us for any reason without any notification in advance will slow down the returns process for you and also run the risk of going to an incorrect address.

If you need to return anything back to us please be sure to make contact first in order that we can issue your with a return number, at which time we will also provide you with the correct returns address.

If we direct you to our easy to use Royal Mail Returns Portal for issue of a free returns postage label as part of a Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect item return; or to purchase a returns postage label from us as part of an Unwanted item return then the returns address and full tracking is already completed for you.

Returns arriving back to us without any notification in advance will slow down the returns process for you and also run the risk of going to an incorrect address.

If you are using our own Returns Postage Service then this is normally a Fully Tracked Royal Mail 48 Hour service.  We would usually expect to see such items returned back to us within 2-4 working days from you posting these.

We look to process all returns with 2 working days of receipt and will also email you notification of successful receipt of your return back to us.

On confirmtion of receipt, any inspection work will be carried out if needed or checking of items/order depending on your return reasons or needs.

If a refunded was originally requested this will then be processed for you within 2 working days.  Please allow your bank enough time to process such refunds and to successfully show on any statement or online banking.

If a replacement or repair had been originally agreed then this will be actioned within 2 working days with any replacement items sent out to you by return.
