On contacting us you will be issued with a Returns Number and advised of the next steps to arrange a tracked returns postage label, making the return postage very easy and hassle free for you. All our returns are fully trackable and insured for you by us.
We will then direct you to our easy to use Craftasmic Royal Mail Returns Portal which will walk you through generating a postage label with options to make it convenient for you. You don't need to have a printer and if you can't get to a parcel postbox or post office nearby you can even arrange for Royal Mail to collect the items from your home at a small additional cost.
The cost of this Returns Service is greatly discounted to what the cost would normally be to you to post back unwanted items, and you have complete peace of mind. The cost will be indicated when you contact us about your unwanted item/s needing to be returned.
You are also welcome to return items back to us using your own postage method, but please be very aware that you will need to ensure you have complete proof of posting the actual items back to us and we very strongly suggest you both track and insure returns like this. Again when you contact us about such a return we can provide you with our full returns postage address for sending your items back in this way.
